Terms of Sale

SanjoseMart is operated by Sanjose Dynamics Limited from 23 Abriba Street, by Calabar Road, Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• You need an account to place an order, and you must verify your email address.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract of sale under Nigerian law.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can sign out of all devices from your account at any time.
• Information you give us must be accurate — especially the recipient name, phone number and delivery address, which are what we deliver against.

• Each listing shows the model, condition, specifications, warranty period and the images supplied for that product.
• Product images and specifications come from the manufacturer or authorised distributor for the model.
• We publish a product only when it has a confirmed price, an image, specifications and stock recorded in the inventory ledger.

• All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include the product price only. Delivery is charged separately, based on the destination state and the physical size class of the item.
• Payment is collected by Paystack on their secure page. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• Your order is only accepted once payment is verified and the order moves to "Payment confirmed". An order awaiting payment can expire, and any stock held for it is released.
• If an obvious pricing or availability error occurs before dispatch, we may cancel that part of the order and refund you in full.

• Delivery pricing is calculated by the platform from the destination state, any local government area override, and the size, high-value or fragile handling characteristics of the items in your cart.
• Delivery is made to the recipient and address you provide. Someone must be able to receive the parcel.
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Interstate delivery depends on third-party transport operators.
• If a delivery fails and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

You can cancel an order from your order page while it has not been dispatched, and any reserved stock is released. Once an order is dispatched, use the returns process instead.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Any warranty shown on a product listing runs from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, describing them accurately, and delivering them to the address you gave us. To the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, plus any delivery charge. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the version that applied when you ordered governs that order. Questions about an order should go through customer support, or by post to the head office address above.
